Beginning in the 1960s and 1970s, surplus military garments began making an appearances in closets across the country. From iconic styles such as the M-65 Field Jacket and the MA-1 Bomber Jacket, to military-issue gloves, hats, and blankets, military surplus items were appreciated by veterans and civilians alike for their utility and quality. In the decades since, vintage and surplus military fashion has become an industry all its own, independent of trends and the ever-changing pace of fast fashion.

Alpha Industries was founded as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense over sixty years ago, and as such we are no stranger to the military vintage and surplus market. Our brand is rooted in military heritage, and what better way to honor that legacy than to bring new life to vintage and deadstock surplus pieces?

Operation Re:Supply is a carefully curated selection of military vintage and surplus garments and accessories from both the U.S. military and militaries around the world. Each piece is carefully inspected and authenticated in-house, ensuring the quality and authenticity you've come to expect from Alpha. In addition to authentic military vintage and deadstock styles, Operation Re:Supply will also feature a series of upcycled capsule collections in collaboration with a variety of contemporary brands and artists.
